Sr. Catherine Walsh entered the religious life at the age of 19. She said, “I believe it’s a calling from the Holy Spirit… I wanted to be with other people who are doing works of charity. [I found my vocation in] living a prayerful life. Living a community life and doing the works of charity.” Sr. Catherine has ministered in El Salvador, Cleveland’s Hough area, the Catholic Worker in Akron, and Joseph and Mary’s Home.
