Governor DeWine toured the outpatient addiction treatment program, Rosary Hall, which has provided care, treatment and hope to over 100,000 drug and alcohol dependent people since 1952. Rosary Hall has relocated into a modern space in the Sisters of Charity Health System building, 2475 East 22nd. Street.

In addition to hearing about the variety of treatment options at Rosary Hall, Governor DeWine learned about the historic contributions of Sr. Ignatia Gavin, CSA, the founder of Rosary Hall and co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous.
