Successful Picnic at Mt. Augustine

Sisters, Associates, family, and friends celebrated the Feast of St. Augustine with a picnic on Sunday, August 25th. The day featured excellent food prepared by the kitchen staff, balloon animals, door prizes, and an abundant dessert table. Good food and good company were enjoyed by all. Congratulations to Sr. Marian Durkin, the recipient of the 2019 Insignis Award. This award is given by Lakewood Catholic Academy. Sr. Marian will be honored at a dinner later this month.

CSA Begins Long Range Planning

On January 11, 2019, The Sisters of Charity of Saint Augustine began a year-long journey of Long Range Planning. With their facilitator, Sister Marlene Weisenbeck a Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration from La Crosse, Wisconsin, the congregation will pray about, study, and discuss the important elements of their lives.  Prayers for the congregation are appreciated.

Associate Vanessa Griffin Campbell Honored at Harambee Gala

Congratulations to our Associate Vanessa Griffin Campbell, who was honored at the Harambee Gala on September 29, 2018. Vanessa was honored for her tremendous faith in action.
